 At Massage Master Group, our membership program offers convenience, savings, and exclusive benefits for those who make regular massage a part of their wellness routine. 

• Basic – $100/month + taxes
  Includes 1× 60-minute massage and 10% off all other services.
   
• Regular – $150/month + taxes
  Includes 1× 75–90-minute massage and 15% off all other services.
   
• VIP – $200/month + taxes
  Includes 2× 60-minute massages and 20% off all other services.
   
• Premium VIP – $300/month + taxes
  Includes 2× 75–90-minute massages and 25% off all other services.
   

All prices are in CAD. GST + QST will be applied based on Quebec tax rules. 

Memberships are billed monthly on the date you signed up, using your stored payment method. 

• Your membership begins with a 6-month commitment.
• After that, it automatically renews every 6 months — unless you notify us in writing at least 14 days before renewal.
   

• Members can book sessions online, by phone, or in person.
• Bookings are valid once you receive a confirmation email.
• You can visit any Massage Master Group location to use your membership.
• The service included in your membership must be used within the billing month.
   

• To avoid losing your session, please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours in advance.
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments are counted as used and cannot be refunded.
   

We do our best to honor your therapist preferences, but substitutions may be made when needed. You’ll always receive high-quality care from a certified professional.

• Members may not cancel mid-term except in rare, exceptional cases — and only with approval from the clinic.
• The clinic reserves the right to end memberships due to policy violations or closure.
   

• You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.
• The new tier will apply from your next billing cycle, or once your current month’s services have been used.
• All changes must be requested in writing and approved by the clinic.
   

• Refer one new client per month and they’ll receive 20% off their first visit.
• As a thank-you, you get 40% off one massage per month for a spouse, child, or parent.
  Just use the code “family discount” when booking.
   

As a member, you receive 50% off one regular-priced service every year — valid the day before, on, or after your birthday.
