FAQ - Loyalty Program
Do points expire?
Currently, points do not expire as long as your client profile remains active. If this changes in the future, clients will be notified in advance.
Do I earn points when I buy a package?
No. Points are earned when appointments are completed, not when a package is purchased.
Does a more expensive or longer service give more points?
No. Every eligible completed appointment earns 1 point. The program rewards consistency, not spending level.
How does the monthly bonus work?
If you complete 3 visits within the same calendar month, you receive an additional 2 bonus points for that month.
Why is child massage capped at 10 points per year?
Child massage is often associated with insurance claims or short-term treatment plans. The annual cap helps keep the program fair and focused on long-term personal wellness journeys.
Can I use points for multiple rewards?
Yes. Each time you redeem a reward, the required number of points is deducted from your balance. You can then continue collecting points toward your next reward.
Can I redeem the same reward more than once?
Yes. Rewards may be redeemed multiple times, provided you accumulate the required number of points again.
Is the free membership month a promotion or discount?
No. Free membership months are loyalty rewards offered at specific milestones to recognize clients who have demonstrated long-term consistency in their wellness journey.
What happens after I use a free membership month?
After the complimentary month ends, the standard 6-month membership term applies according to the membership plan selected.
I booked through ClassPass. Will I earn Loyalty Rewards points?
No. Loyalty Rewards points are available only for services booked directly with Massage Master Group. Appointments booked through ClassPass or any other third-party booking, membership, marketplace, corporate wellness, insurance, or partner platform are not eligible for points, even if the service is performed at a Massage Master Group clinic.
Who can I ask if I have questions about my points?
Our front desk team can always check your points balance and explain your current reward status. You can also view your points balance by logging into your online account or in the Achieve mobile application
