Membership Terms & Conditions

At Massage Master Group, our membership program is designed to offer convenience, savings, and consistent access to professional massage therapy for individuals and families who prioritize their wellness.

All prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes apply.

• Basic – $100/month
  Includes 1 × 60-minute massage and 10% off additional services
   
• Regular – $150/month
  Includes 1 × 75–90-minute massage and 15% off additional services
   
• VIP – $200/month
  Includes 2 × 60-minute massages and 20% off additional services
   
• Premium VIP – $300/month
  Includes 2 × 75–90-minute massages and 25% off additional services
   

Memberships are billed monthly on the enrollment date using the payment method on file.

• Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment
   
• After the initial term, memberships automatically renew every 6 months
   
• Written notice must be provided at least 14 days before renewal to prevent automatic renewal
   

Memberships may be shared among immediate family members only, defined as:

• spouse or domestic partner
• parent 
• child 
• sibling
   

The total number of monthly sessions included in the membership remains the same, regardless of how many authorized family members use the membership.

All users must complete required intake forms and comply with clinic policies. Memberships may not be transferred, sold, or shared beyond the permitted family members.

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person 
• Appointments are confirmed once a confirmation message is issued 
• Membership services must be used within the billing period unless rollover applies 
• Memberships may be used at any Massage Master Group location
   

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance 
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments are considered used and are not refundable
   

As a member, you receive 50% off one regular-priced service per calendar year, valid the day before, on, or after your birthday.

• Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term except with written approval from the clinic 
• Administrative cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the Membership Agreement 
• Membership tier changes may be requested in writing and take effect at the next billing cycle 
• The clinic reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-payment, policy violations, or permanent closure
   

From time to time, Massage Master Group may offer promotional programs or exclusive offers to active members. Participation in such promotions is optional, subject to availability, and governed by separate terms communicated at the time of the offer.

The Membership Agreement governs all memberships and defines the guaranteed rights and obligations of both parties.
