Welcome to the Massage Master Group Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “the Clinic”) website. By accessing or using our website, booking platform, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

Clients may book massage therapy sessions through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation by email or SMS.

Each appointment is personal and non-transferable. Only the individual who made the booking (the “Client”) may receive the service.

All prices stated on this website or any other public platform related to us, including but not limited to: Google, Facebook, Instagram; in any promotional messages and/or materials, printed or digital, are without taxes. All applicable taxes are extra.

To ensure client safety and prevent misuse of our services, the Clinic reserves the right to verify your identity upon arrival. Acceptable identification includes a government-issued ID or confirmation of matching contact details (e.g., phone number, email, or billing information used at booking).

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• The client is unable or unwilling to verify their identity.
• There is a discrepancy between the booking information and the individual present.
• The behavior of the client is deemed inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe for staff or other clients.
   

No refund or rescheduling will be granted in such cases.

To ensure fairness and availability, the following rules apply:

• Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• If you cancel less than 6 hours before, or fail to show up, your appointment will be marked as used and non-refundable (this applies to both regular and membership-based bookings).
• We highly recommend you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment starts, particularly if it's your first visit, to have enough time to find us in the building and fill out the medical intake form.
• In case of late arrival, we may shorten the session time to be able to accommodate the next client. If you are late 15 minutes or more, we reserve the right to mark it as a missed non-refundable appointment.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or reschedule appointments in the case of therapist unavailability or emergency.
• Refuse service to anyone in breach of these terms or our clinic policies.
• Modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date.

All content on this website is the property of Massage Master Group Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Your personal data, including contact and payment information, is collected and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of our services.
